Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your order quickly.
Print & Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed.
